Installation Tips

  1. Ensure substrate is sound, clean, and free of contaminantstaminants.
  2. Mix Part A powder with Part B liquid for 3 minutes until lump‑free.
  3. Apply first coat with a 3/8″ nap roller; allow to dry to the touch (≈2 hrs).
  4. Apply second coat at right angles to the first to achieve a 40 mil total thickness.
  5. Flood test after 24 hours at 70 °F (21 °C).

Storage & Shelf Life

Store unopened kits in a cool, dry location between 40 °F and 90 °F (4 °C–32 °C). When properly stored, Part A powder and Part B liquid maintain a 12‑month shelf life from date of manufacture.

Dispose of any unused mixed material within 30 minutes to prevent hardening in the pail.
