The Fine Pore Hydra Sponge is flame-treated (reticulated) for maximum water holding capacity and long-lasting durability. Hydra Sponges are the very best polyester sponges on the market. Hydro Sponges go through an extra manufacturing process called hydrophilization that gives them a tremendous water-holding capacity. Hydro Sponges work as well as natural sponges but at considerably lower costs. Hydra Sponges will wash out clean, dry soft and pliable, and are uniform in size and quality.
